Considering reccent trend that society further demands companies to observe the law and take actions backed by good business sense, we think it important to positively implement Compliance as good corporate citizens.

Our "Code of Conduct" has been formulated in response to the concept of "the demands of society towards the company", which is regarded as our top priority among all the corporate activities.

This represents fundamental principles to be observed by all the officers and employees of our company. Training and education on compliance are expected to allow both the officers and employees to work appropriately and in a trustworthy manner with our customers, supplier manufacturers, administrative body, and society through full understanding, complete obedience, and observance of those principles.

Code of Conduct

  1. We will always conduct fair trade practices with our customers and aim never to engage in inappopriate business practices.
  2. We will refrain from exchanging any gift which is unacceptable by social standards.
  3. We always deal with associated companies with fairness and transparency and aim never to engage in inappopriate business practices.
  4. We will make efforts to maintain an appropriate work environment where employees have respect for one another.
